<epistemology, neopositivism, Wittgenstein, logic, ethics>, <human action> (Gertrude Elizabeth Margaret) English philosopher (1919-2001), who edited and translated much of the work of Wittgenstein after his death. She has also written extensively on human action and ethics, most notably in Intentions (1957) and her Collected Papers (1981).
